Stages 8, 9, 10 and Rookie Lifeguard Classes

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Unfortunately the Swim School may now be entering a period when we are unable to provide all of the lessons that you are used to.  I find that I now have a shortage of teachers qualified to the highest levels.  The senior teachers have been reduced by two, and the junior teachers have yet to qualify to the higher level, including the “Bolt On” qualifications that I require for my teaching staff to enable the teaching of Diving, Lifesaving, Synchronised Swimming (which in some cases form part of our curriculum.

In consequence of the current situation I may be forced to end most of the classes in the Competition Stages 8, 9 and 10.  For the Rookie Lifeguard, as from next term I will be the only person qualified to teach them, and I cannot teach them all!

I will keep you informed of any further notifications regarding this matter.
